Refinance Checklist

When you want to get your mortgage done, and you can document your income and assets for the loan, make sure to gather:

  • 1 month's pay stubs (if biweekly then 3 pay stubs, if bimonthly then 2 pay stubs)
  • 2 years tax records (W2, 1099)
  • 3 month's bank statements (all pages, including boilerplate pages at the end)

This is a basic summary of some of the documents you may need.
